Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the knife in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective inserts and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
